We can make both sweet and savory version using pahai payaru (green moong dal). Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add red chillies, hing, green chillies and curry leaves. Add grated coconut, mix well and remove from heat.

Even If You Forget To Soak Any Legumes, You Can Make This Moong Dal Sundal.
